This is a blog that is partially reporting on political news and events in East Tennessee (Washington County in particular) and partially providing commentary on the same. Ill try to keep the objective news and subjective opinion distinctly separate as much as possible. In the interest of full disclosure I am libertarian in orientation, so expect that to crop up during the opinion parts. Just as important as my contributions, are the contributions of readers in my opinion. I would very much like this to be a place that not only reports on the news of the day, but also discusses it.
